No. Coaching is over WhatsApp video. Most clients are Dubai brokers, but the frameworks work anywhere real estate is sold.
2–3 hours minimum. 1 coaching call + 1 shoot session + posting. Anyone claiming less is selling shortcuts.
Half my clients started that way. Week 1 handles it — presence, framing, delivery. Nobody stays awkward past week 3 if they show up.
